Meeting was called to order at 9:11 AM by President John Greeley
Secretary’s Report
- Matthew Bollinger resigned as Secretary/Treasurer. Chris Pistner is the new Secretary/Treasurer. Motion by John Fox, second by Janet Pankake. All in favor, no one opposed.
Treasurer’s Report
- All balances were read. Motion to accept as read by Pat Stevens, second by Jake Herbst.
Correspondences
- None at this time.
Old Business
- To remove the $5.00 monthly service charge from the bank Chris will have to be added to the calendar account. John, Kenny, Janet and Chris will have to go to the bank to make these changes.
- Bill will check with Dover Camp about snow camera.
Committee Reports
- Trails:
- John Fox said the trails are cleaned off, Cherry Springs trail is fixed with help from Kinsley’s Construction and employees.
- Dan Majot & Scott had the tree removed by the clubhouse in Wharton.
- School House is all cleaned up as well.
- Memberships: 230 Memberships were sent out for renewal as well as 20 business memberships.
Board of Directors
- A battery was purchased for the groomer in Costello. Chris, Kenny, & Pat worked on it to get it running. Chris & Pat Stevens will move groomer and drag from Costello to Keating Summit.
New Business
- Tress down on State Property by the highway shed on Rt. 607.
- No date on Dice Run yet.
- Motion to allow Chris to sign checks under $250. All in favor.
Good and Welfare
- Janet will order 3 dozen hats. Motion by Dan Majot, second by Pat Stevens.
- The club is going to send a thank you card to Chris from Kinsley’s Construction for their help with the washout on the Cherry Springs trail.
